Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix the chicken with 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and some dried fenugreek leaves.

Let the chicken marinate for a while.

Peel and cut the potatoes into fry shapes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.

Remove the fried potatoes and place them on a kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of water and the marinated chicken, cover it, and let it cook.
