Thinly slice cabbage and julienne carrot using a mandoline.

In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, yoghurt, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and add cabbage and carrots. Coat evenly and refrigerate.

Pad dry chicken thigh and leave it at room temperature to dry out skin.

In an air fryer, air fry bread and fries. You can deep fry them as well.

In a pan on medium heat, add oil, pan fry chicken thigh skin side down until crispy and lightly charred. Salt the other side.

Turn chicken on the other side and fry until charred and chicken is cooked, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

When almost done, turn the heat down and add butter. Baste butter over chicken. Remove chicken and set aside to rest.

On the same pan, add minced garlic and onion. Once fragrant, add mushrooms and cook until caramelized lightly.

Add flour and mix well.

Add chicken stock and mix well. Season with Maggi, fish sauce, and black pepper. Cook until sauce is thick.

Plate fries, bread, baked beans, homemade coleslaw, and chicken chop. Pour hot mushroom sauce over chicken chop.
