Warm 130 ml of milk and add 80 g of sugar, then add 8 g of dry yeast and leave to activate for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with the activated yeast mixture and 40 g of melted butter.
Add 400 g of all-purpose flour gradually, kneading the dough for about 10 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil while kneading and add 20-30 g of flour as needed to keep the dough soft.
Grease the bowl and the dough with vegetable oil and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After rising, release the gas from the dough, weigh it, and divide it into 10 equal parts, forming balls and covering them with a towel for 15 minutes.
Mash 250 g of thick apple jam with a fork.
Roll out each dough ball into an elongated oval shape without adding flour or oil to the surface.
Spread 1 teaspoon of apple jam on the left and right edges of the rolled-out dough, avoiding the top and bottom.
Roll the dough loosely, pressing the edges to seal, and place the roll seam side down.
Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rise for another 25-30 minutes.
Prepare streusel by mixing 10 g of sugar, a little vanilla sugar, 10 g of butter, and 20 g of flour until crumbly.
Grease the rolls with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk, then sprinkle with the streusel.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 20 minutes.
