Cut 6 cod fillets in half.

In a bowl, add 2 eggs, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning, and mix well.

Set the egg mixture aside.

In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of bread crumbs, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, and parsley, and mix.

Lay the cod fillets out and place the parmesan and breadcrumb mixture over the top of each fillet, pressing it in gently.

Turn the heat to medium and add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1/2 cup of white wine to the pan and heat up.

Once heated, place the fillets into the pan.

Set the pan in the oven at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until the crust is brown.

Baste the fillets after taking them out of the oven and serve.
