Bird's Nest Cookies ~ Easter

Pour chocolate chips and peanut butter into a large microwavable bowl.

Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir the mixture.

Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir until smooth with no lumps.

Add Chow noodles in batches, coating them completely with the chocolate mixture.

Scoop out the mixture and place it on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Use a knife to make little nest shapes and hollow out the middle.

Place the candy eggs into the nests and press them down to adhere.

Let the nests set overnight for the chocolate to completely set.
