Melt 5 tablespoons of butter in the pan.
Slice 1 onion and transfer it to the pan.
Season with salt and black pepper, then stir well and let it fry.
Cut 1 cabbage in half and then into slices.
Add the cabbage to the pan and season with salt and black pepper.
Stir the cabbage well, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a pot of boiling salted water, add 280 g of pasta and let it cook.
Reserve some of the pasta water and drain the rest.
Add the cooked cabbage to the pasta along with the reserved water and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Stir everything together over low heat, seasoning with salt and black pepper if needed.
