1 quart shelf stable whole milk
1.5 tablespoons white vinegar
0.5 pound ground pork sausage
1 can evaporated milk
1 box lasagna noodles
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 jar pasta sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons minced jarred garlic

Empty the entire quart of shelf stable whole milk into a pot.

Heat the milk on medium-low until it reaches around 190°F, stirring occasionally.

Once the milk reaches the desired temperature, add 1.5 tablespoons of white vinegar and stir.

Allow the mixture to sit for 1-2 minutes to let curds and whey separate.

Turn off the heat and cover the pot, letting it sit for 10-15 minutes.

After resting, scoop out the curds into a bowl, leaving some whey behind.

In a separate pot, heat the remaining half pound of ground pork sausage until fully cooked.
