Unsalted Butter - 30 grams
Salt - 1 Tsp (As per taste)
Water - 4 or 5 Tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 Tbsp
Smoked Paprika - 1 Tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
Rock Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Dried oregano - 1 Tsp

In a bowl, combine leftover rice, rice flour, unsalted butter, salt, water, and baking powder.
