Boil for 10-15 minutes on low heat until cooked.
Take the cooked potatoes out and let them cool before peeling the skin.
Place the cooled potatoes in the fridge.
Grate the cooled potatoes and add a pinch of salt, mixing well.
Cover the bottom of a large skillet with oil and heat it.
Add the grated potatoes to the skillet and fry for 4-5 minutes on high heat until browned.
Turn the edges of the rösti when browned and grease the pan again.
Fry for an additional 3 minutes on high heat.
