1 tsp Maggi sauce
4 to 6 oz of cold cut lunch meat
1 fried egg or omelet (optional)

3 to 4 slices of jalapeno
pickled radish & carrot (2 cups white vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 lb mixture of julienne Korean radish and carrots)
handful of cilantro
sriracha (optional)

Combine vinegar, sugar and salt for pickling. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add julienne radish and carrot. Let it cover with vinegar mixture completely. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate at least 1 hour to overnight before serving.
