1 tablespoon ginger
2 medium tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
2 medium carrots
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Cut the whole chicken into pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
