3 cups water
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
sesame seeds
chopped cucumber
imitation crab meat (flake style)
diced red onion
sushi nori
rice vinegar

Get a pot with a lid and add 2 cups of jasmine rice.

Rinse the rice to remove extra starch.

Add 3 cups of water to the pot with the rice.

Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.

Add sesame seeds to the pot for flavor.

Turn the stove up to high and wait for a low boil.

Once boiling, put the lid on and turn the heat down to low.

Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Assemble the poke bowl by adding rice halfway to the bowl.

Add chopped cucumber, imitation crab meat, diced red onion, and chopped sushi nori to the bowl.
