2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups water
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
2 bay leaves
1/2 envelope of sazon

In a bowl, mix ground beef, grated onion, garlic cloves, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper until combined.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the meatballs until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

In the same skillet, combine tomato sauce, water, dry white wine, small onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, bay leaves, sazon, salt, and pepper to create Salsa Criolla.
