Mix 2 egg yolks, 50g sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl.

In a saucepan, melt 75g butter over medium heat, then add 65g sugar and 3 tablespoons honey, letting it melt and bubble.

In a bowl, mix 150g plain flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon salt, then set aside.

In another bowl, whisk 3 eggs with 130g sugar for 2-3 minutes.

Add 120ml vegetable oil and whisk for 1 minute.

Gently mix in the flour mixture, then add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 60ml milk, mixing gently.

In a 20x20 cm (8x8 inch) baking pan, add half of the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
