1 tablespoon baharat spice blend
1/2 cup parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup oil for frying
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup whole milk yogurt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 pita bread
1 cucumber, sliced
