1 can black beans
1 can chickpeas
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup dates (about 4 pitted dates)
4 scoops vanilla protein powder (plant-based)
1/4 cup 100% cacao powdered cocoa
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup aquafaba (liquid from beans)
1/4 cup allulose
1/2 cup peanut butter powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
unsweetened chocolate chips
brown cane sugar

Drain and save the liquid from the can of black beans, rinse them off.

Pulse 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats in a food processor until they are in smaller bits, not flour.

Add the drained black beans and 1/2 cup of pitted dates to the oats and mix together.

Add 4 scoops of vanilla protein powder and 1/4 cup of cacao powdered cocoa to the mixture.

Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup and about 1/2 cup of aquafaba, then pulse together until combined.

Line a bread pan with parchment paper and scoop the mixture into the pan.
