Cut the beef round steak into six pieces and clean it thoroughly by rinsing with cold water.
Add vinegar to disinfect the steak, then rinse again with cold water.
Season the steak with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of parsley, and 0.5 teaspoons of ground black pepper; mix well.
Smash the soda crackers manually until they are finely crushed.
Coat each piece of steak in the beaten eggs, ensuring it is well coated, then coat it in the crushed soda crackers.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat, adding enough to fry but not so much that the steak is soaked.
Check if the oil is hot by adding a piece of cracker; if it sizzles, the oil is ready.
Add the coated steak to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on one side before flipping.
Cook the steak for another 5 minutes on the other side until crispy and golden brown; adjust time based on thickness of steak.
