1 small can coconut milk (165ml)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Cut the banana in half and then again in half lengthwise and peel.

Arrange the bananas in a pan and add light coconut milk and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and let it cook for 5 minutes.

When the bananas are cooked and the light coconut milk has reduced, add 1 tbsp sugar and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add thick coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes, sprinkling with another 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.

Switch off the heat and put in a serving dish. Enjoy when it cools.
