Prep the ingredients by chopping the onion, cow skin, and vegetables.

Boil water in a pot for the pasta according to package instructions.

In a white pan, heat palm oil and add chopped onion, frying until softened.

Add smoked scrambler fish and cow skin to the pan, seasoning with chicken stock and salt, and fry for a bit.

Add the pepper mix to the pan and allow it to cook.

Once the water is boiling, add salt and the tagliatelle pasta, cooking for about five minutes.

Transfer the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well for about one to two minutes.

Add spinach to the pasta and sauce mixture, cover the pan, and cook for two to three minutes.
