Cook the macaroni in water for 10 minutes following the package instructions.
Transfer the cooked macaroni to a container.
Add 200 g of chopped ham to the macaroni.
Add 300 g of diced mozzarella to the macaroni.
Add 1/2 chopped onion to the mixture.
Add 1 can of corn to the mixture.
Add 1 chopped tomato without seeds to the mixture.
Add chopped olives to the mixture.
Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to the mixture.
Add 1 cup of requeijão to the mixture, mixing gradually to achieve desired creaminess.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, along with chopped green herbs (cheiro-verde) to taste.
Mix everything gently to avoid breaking the macaroni.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil for added flavor.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
