Slice 5 cloves of garlic not too thin and place them in a pan.

Add 250g of tomatoes (grape or any preferred type) and 1/2 cup of olive oil to the pan.

Cook on low heat until the tomatoes wrinkle, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
