Yogurt Bread

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup water (if needed)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, mix the yogurt and olive oil until well combined.

Gradually add the yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

If the dough is too dry, add water a little at a time until it reaches a workable consistency.
