In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 ounces ranch seasoning, 1.5 tablespoons freeze-dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 1 tablespoon pickle juice.
Mix the ingredients well until combined.
Add 9 ounces of oyster crackers to the bowl and pour in half of the mixture.
Mix the crackers with the seasoning mixture thoroughly, ensuring even coating.
Add the remaining mixture and mix again until well combined.
Spread the coated crackers evenly on the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove the tray and stir the crackers to ensure even cooking.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, checking for doneness.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
