1 tablespoon ginger
1 green chili
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 medium tomato
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
4 cups water
