Remove the packaging from the Butterball turkey breast and place it in a pan with a rack.

2

Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour to dry the skin.

After an hour, take the turkey breast out of the refrigerator and pull back the skin.
