250g Feta Cheese
4 Roma Tomatoes
1 medium Sized Onion
2 Garlic Cloves

3 Tbsp Tomato Paste

Preheat the oven to 170ºC.

Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.

Surround the feta with halved Roma tomatoes.

Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, and sprinkle with black pepper and salt.

Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the feta is soft and tomatoes are bursting.

While the feta and tomatoes are roasting, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

In a pan, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until translucent.
