1 cup Thai basil
1 cup fresh mint
1 red hot long pepper

6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1.5 tablespoons vegan fish sauce
4 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Thai chilies
