Warm up the milk and water slightly, then combine 2/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup water in a bowl.

Add 10 g of dry yeast, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of sugar to the liquid mixture; mix well.

Add the liquid mixture to 2 cups of flour and mix with a spoon, then switch to mixing by hand.

Cover the dough with plastic and let it sit for 1.5 to 2 hours until it rises.

Place the khachapuri on a tray with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 15 minutes.
