1

Set the Power XL grill to 375°F and preheat for 35 minutes.

2

In a bowl, mix together 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon Mountain World steak seasoning.

3

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously on one side of the steak and rub it in.

4

Flip the steak over and season the other side with the remaining mixture, rubbing it in as well.

5

Once the grill is preheated, open it and place the seasoned steak inside, then close the grill and start cooking for 35 minutes.

6

After 7 minutes, open the grill to check the steak; it should be browning on the front side.

7

Flip the steak over and close the grill to continue cooking.

8

After 21 minutes, check the steak again and flip it over once more.

9

At the 30-minute mark, check the steak; if it's medium-rare, remove it, or if you prefer it well done, put it back in for an additional 4 minutes.

10

After 35 minutes, remove the steak from the grill and let it cool off before slicing.

11

Slice the steak to check for doneness; it should be well done and tender.
