3 Dinners That Turn Canned Chicken into MAGIC!

- ●2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ●1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- ●1/4 cup mayonnaise
- ●1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- ●1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1 tsp onion powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- ●1 egg, beaten
- ●1/4 cup flour (for dusting)
- ●oil for frying
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 2Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- 3Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- 4Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- 5Dust each patty lightly with flour to help with frying.
- 6Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 7Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary.
- 8Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 9Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 10Serve warm with remoulade sauce on the side.

- ●1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- ●4 cloves garlic, minced
- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 2Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
- 3In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- 4Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each ear of corn.
- 5Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil, sealing it tightly.
- 6Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 7Remove the corn from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil (watch out for steam).
- 8Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot corn while it's still warm.
- 9Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- ●1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ●1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
- ●1 medium tomato, diced
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp salt
- ●1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- 3In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- 4Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
- 5Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the chicken mixture.
- 6Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- 9Top with chopped Romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes before slicing into pieces.
- 10Serve warm and enjoy your BLT Chicken Alfredo French Bread Pizza.
