Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chopped walnuts, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mixture is toasted.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, walnut mixture, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
