8 nori sheets
1/2 carrot
1/2 cucumber
2 eggs
1/2 red bell pepper
8 frank sausages
1 bunch spinach
2 cheddar cheese slices

Wash the rice thoroughly and cook it.

Blanch the sausages in boiling water to remove excess salt.

Remove the roots from the spinach.

Blanch the spinach with a pinch of salt. (Do not blanch for too long to avoid nutrient loss, remove within 30 seconds!)

Drain the blanched spinach and mix it with perilla oil and a pinch of salt.

Whisk the eggs well and make an omelet.

Cut the red bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, and cheese to match the size of the sausages.

Cut the blanched sausages in half.

Season the rice with salt and sesame oil.

Cut the nori sheets in half to match the size of the sausages.

On the half nori sheet, layer the sausage - omelet - cheese - bell pepper - cucumber - spinach - sausage and roll tightly.

Spread the rice evenly over the nori and place the rolled ingredients on top, then roll slowly.
