Pour rice flour into a bowl.

Add water little by little to the flour while mixing.

Whisk the batter for 3-4 minutes until smooth and consistent.

In a separate bowl, combine 300g chicken kima meat with chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilly, and 3 eggs.

Mix the meat mixture well until combined.

Heat a pan on low heat.

Using a small bowl, pour the batter into the pan to form a base.

Add the meat mixture on top of the batter.

Sprinkle some salt on top and add coriander for decoration.

Cover the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes on low heat until the meat is well cooked.
