Gochujang Noodles with Beef

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head broccoli, florets removed
3 green onions
1 tbsp grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
450g / 1lb ground beef
4 tbsp / 1/4 cup Gochujang paste
75ml / 1/3 cup dark soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
75ml / 1/3 cup hot water

Cook the medium egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.

Add the Gochujang paste, dark soy sauce, sugar, and hot water, stirring to combine.

Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender.

Toss in the cooked noodles and chopped green onions, mixing well to coat everything in the sauce.
