Guinea Fowl with Roasted Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean and pat dry the guinea fowl.
Season the guinea fowl inside and out with salt and black pepper.
Rub olive oil over the guinea fowl and place it in a roasting pan.
Chop the carrots, potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, and salt.
Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the guinea fowl in the roasting pan.
Add garlic cloves and lemon halves to the pan for flavor.
Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the guinea fowl reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Baste the guinea fowl with juices halfway through cooking.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Serve the guinea fowl alongside the roasted vegetables.
