Prepare the guinea fowl by cleaning and cutting it into pieces.
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, groundnut oil, minced onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, and seasoning cubes.
Mix the marinade until smooth and well combined.
Add lemon juice to the marinade and mix again.
Coat the guinea fowl pieces thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring all sides are covered.
Cover the marinated guinea fowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Soak vegetable skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated guinea fowl pieces onto the soaked skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Serve hot with sliced onions and tomatoes.
