5 cloves of garlic
4 cardamom pods
3 tablespoons of flour
16 cups of room-temperature water

Add 4 skinless chicken thighs to 16 cups of room-temperature water and bring to a boil.

Let it simmer for 20 minutes and skim out impurities.

Add 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of Yemenite soup mix, chopped onion, minced garlic, and 4 cardamom pods to the pot.

Add 1/2 bunch of cilantro and cover the pot, cooking for another 20 minutes.

After 40 minutes, remove the onion and cilantro.

To thicken the soup, take some soup out and mix in 3 tablespoons of flour until smooth, then return it to the pot.

Serve the soup with a piece of chicken and a lot of soup, optionally with spicy fenugreek paste.
