500g of white beans, already cooked
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves
200ml white wine
Few slices of Portuguese chouriço
1 red pepper, cut in squares
6 small tomatoes, without seeds & cut in squares
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt & pepper
