4-5 cloves of garlic, minced (about 3 tbsp)
1/2-inch piece of ginger, finely grated
1/16 tsp salt (MSG)
2 Medium-sized bok choy
1 tbsp cooking oil (for bok choy)
2-3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced (for bok choy)
1 tbsp soy sauce (for bok choy)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (for bok choy)
Some chopped chilli peppers (for bok choy)
1 tsp sesame oil (for bok choy)
