1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons vanilla syrup

3 tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt

Make the vanilla syrup by adding sugar and water to a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the liquid comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Stir until everything is combined and transfer to a container. Let it cool before using.

Add ice to a cup and pour in cold-brew coffee. Stir in vanilla syrup.

To make the pumpkin cream add half and half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, sugar, and a pinch of salt to a cup. Mix everything together by using either a whisk or a frother.
