Prepare the filling by mixing ground poppy seeds, sugar, lemon zest, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread the poppy seed filling evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
Place the roll in a greased baking pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the roll for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar and slicing.
