Boil IBO cocoa and Achu banana together for about 40 minutes.

Heat red oil in a pot until it is clear and bubbling.

Strain the broth from the boiled cow skin and intestine to remove particles.

Mix Limestone with cold water to help combine oil and water in the soup.

Add the strained broth to the pot with the heated red oil.
