300 grams Manila clam
1/2 package of Shimeji mushroom
1 Dried Kelp (4"x4")
1 green onion
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons Awase miso paste

Cut the shimeji mushroom, chop the green onion and set aside.

Put clams, shimeji mushroom, dried kelp, 2 cups of water into a pot and bring to boil over high heat.

Once it boiled, reduce heat to low and remove the kelp. Skim off the scum then turn off the heat when the clams are opened. Add 2 tablespoon Awase miso paste and mix well.

Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
