Creamy Mushroom Sauce

2 cups white mushrooms
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb chicken breast
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon oregano
2 seasoning cubes
1/2 cup onions
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper

Wash the white mushrooms and set aside.

Cook the chicken breast in a cooking pan with a little vegetable oil until properly done.

Add salt to the chicken while cooking.

Cut the chicken breast to your desired size before cooking.

Add seasonings of choice to the chicken, including curry powder and oregano, and stir until well combined.

Remove the cooked chicken breast from the oil and set aside.

In the same pot, add chopped onions and sauté for about 2 minutes.

Add the washed and cut mushrooms to the pot and stir.

Cook the mushrooms until the water reduces in quantity, stirring occasionally.

Add a little seasoning cube and continue stirring until the water from the mushrooms dries up.

Add whipping cream to the mushroom mixture and stir well.

Return the cooked chicken breast to the pot along with fresh pepper to taste.

Cover the pot and allow to cook until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

Check the pot after a few minutes to ensure the sauce is thickening properly.

Once done, turn off the cooker and serve the mushroom sauce.
