Chicken breast is a staple in American cuisine, often favored for its versatility and lean protein content. Grilled, roasted, or sautéed, it can be seasoned in countless ways, making it a favorite for weeknight dinners and meal prep. Its popularity has led to a myriad of recipes, from simple grilled chicken to elaborate dishes featuring sauces and sides.

Olive oil is healthier and can be used for sautéing.
Add 2 eggs to a bowl.
Chop and add 2 small tomatoes and ½ onion.
Pour in vegetable oil.
Add 200 g of minced meat that has been fried.
Add parsley, Italian herbs, red pepper, dried garlic, and salt.
Place a tortilla in a baking dish and layer with mozzarella.
Add the mixture of fried minced meat and eggs on top of the tortilla.
Repeat layering with more mozzarella and another tortilla.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes.
For the next recipe, add 800 g chicken breast to a bowl.
Chop and add 4 small potatoes, ½ onion, and 1 carrot.
Season with salt, red pepper, black pepper, and 1 egg.
Add 2 tbsp of flour and dill, then mix well.
Heat oil for frying in a pan.
Fry the mixture on both sides over medium heat.
Add 40 g of butter, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp honey.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme, then mix very well.

Place 1 tortilla in a baking dish, add parmesan cheese, tomatoes, eggs, a little onion, and spinach, then top with mozzarella.
Bake at 325°F/160°C for 15 minutes.
