Its popularity has led to a myriad of recipes, from simple grilled chicken to elaborate dishes featuring sauces and sides.

Olive oil is healthier and can be used for sautéing.
Make a cut halfway into each chicken breast and on each side of the chicken breasts.
Flatten a piece of aluminum foil and place it inside the cuts made in the chicken breasts.
Season the chicken with smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to taste, spreading the seasonings well on both sides.
Add olive oil to a pan and fry the chicken breasts on one side.
Turn the chicken breasts over carefully to fry the other side, ensuring the aluminum foil stays inside.
Turn off the heat after frying both sides of the chicken.
In a bowl, add 3 egg whites, half a teaspoon of salt, and parsley to taste, and mix well.
Add 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese to the egg mixture and mix again.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and remove the aluminum foil from each chicken.
Stuff each chicken breast with the egg white and cheese mixture.
Add slices of tomato around the chicken breasts to taste.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Carefully place the reserved yolks on top of each chicken breast, avoiding breaking them.
Finish with a sprinkle of oregano on top of all the chicken breasts.
Return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes.
