Make a cut halfway into each chicken breast and on each side of the chicken breasts.

Flatten a piece of aluminum foil and place it inside the cuts made in the chicken breasts.

Season the chicken with smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to taste, spreading the seasonings well on both sides.

Add olive oil to a pan and fry the chicken breasts on one side.

Turn the chicken breasts over carefully to fry the other side, ensuring the aluminum foil stays inside.

Turn off the heat after frying both sides of the chicken.

In a bowl, add 3 egg whites, half a teaspoon of salt, and parsley to taste, and mix well.
