Turn the pork chops after about 3 minutes to brown the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes.
After a total of 6 minutes, lower the heat to medium-low and add 3 tablespoons of butter to the pan.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 30 seconds, ensuring it doesn't burn.
Add the juice from one lemon (about 1/4 cup) to the pan.
Pour in 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, ensuring to use gluten-free soy sauce if desired.
Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze to the mixture in the pan.
Mix all the ingredients together in the pan and let them cook for 1 to 2 minutes to combine flavors.
Return the pork chops to the pan, cooking on medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Flip the pork chops after about 3 minutes, allowing them to cook on the other side for another 3 minutes.
