Dry roast sesame seeds and mix them in the pan.

Add salt to taste and 1/2 cup of water, mixing well.

Cover the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.

Open the lid and mix well, ensuring the tomatoes are nicely cooked.

Transfer the mixture to a blender jar and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Blend to make a fine paste, being careful of the spiciness when opening the lid.
