1/2 cup (125 mL) strong black coffee
1/2 tsp (2 mL) hot sauce
1½ tsp (7 mL) coarse salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) chilli powder (optional)
1 Tbsp (15 mL) mustard powder
1 Tbsp (15 mL) molasses
1 cup (250 mL) tomato passata
4 cups (1L) chicken stock
2 Tbsp (30 mL) cider vinegar
