1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 cup french beans, chopped
1 cup peas
1 green capsicum, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup paneer, cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipped curd
2 cups basmati rice
4 cups water
3 tablespoons desi ghee

Heat oil in a deep wok or pressure cooker.

Deep fry sliced red onions until golden brown.

After 3 whistles, turn off the flame and let the steam subside before opening the lid.
